100 Million Healthier Lives is the global public health initiative and within the initiative lies the Veterans Hub which is led by VA. The Veterans Hub aims to enrich the lives of Veterans in their communities; aiming to improve health and well-being by addressing social determinants of health and to build bridges between organizations, communities and social support systems in order to create enabling conditions in support of its mission and theme – “Working together to help Veterans Thrive.” The VA, DoD, Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI), Community Solutions and a host of other national and local organizations have joined.
A new feature within the Veterans Hub which now has an online platform where members can collaborate, network, and post information about the work that they are engaged in to help raise awareness about their efforts.

- All of the posts for the Veterans Hub are located in the Veterans Health tab on the left hand side of the page.
- Under the Community Library tab above the Veterans Health Tab, there is a folder called Veterans Health where Hub members can attach resources (documents) that they’d like to share with the Veterans Hub and greater 100 Million Healthier Lives community.
