Organization Info

Invisible Warriors is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting and advocating for women veterans living with PTSD, Military Sexual Trauma (MST), and other ongoing invisible illnesses. We recognize that these brave women, who have served our country, often face unique and complex challenges that are not immediately apparent to others. Our mission is to address the specific needs of women veterans who may experience job loss, financial instability, relationship difficulties, and depression due to their invisible conditions. We understand that living with PTSD, MST, or other invisible illnesses involves a challenging journey through stages of denial, despair, anger, acceptance, and ultimately, the decision to thrive. Invisible Warriors is committed to helping women veterans navigate these stages, providing a supportive community that combats isolation and empowers our members to move from merely surviving to truly thriving. By offering understanding, resources, and advocacy tailored to the experiences of women veterans, we aim to change the cycle of despair and show that a full, meaningful life is possible. Our goal is to ensure that these invisible warriors are seen, heard, and valued for their service and their ongoing strength in facing these challenges.

We are a virtual group that runs through the private platform Heartbeat. https://givebutter.com/InvisibleWarriorsClub
