The Colours Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to bridging the gap between women veterans and the VA benefits they have earned through their service. Our primary mission is to ensure that women veterans are informed, supported, and successfully connected to the resources available to them.
We fulfill this mission by hosting free monthly community engagement events designed specifically for women veterans. These gatherings provide a welcoming, supportive space where veterans can build community, access information, and receive personalized guidance. Beyond the events, we conduct intentional follow-ups to help women veterans navigate and connect directly with the VA system.
Through our alliance with the Department of Veterans Affairs mission and participation in the Million Veterans Program (MVP), we work to ensure women veterans are not only aware of their benefits but are actively accessing the benefits and support they have earned.
