It only takes a moment to change a life. Our experiential in-person and virtual programs are offered free to women who have served their country and their communities. Their struggles are our struggles. We owe it to them to provide a safe space and tools to deal with the anxiety, stress, and trauma they have experienced. The core strategy of Warrior Women United is to create a peer-to-peer support network, a sisterhood, to lift up each other and strengthen the bonds of service that unite these selfless women.

Our programs include sessions on mindfulness, overcoming trauma, work-life balance, communication, journaling, art and equine therapy, career coaching, fitness, and much more. We offer convenient one day specialty workshops on a wide variety of creative topics, intensive weekend retreats, casual sisterhood meetups, a comprehensive annual conference, as well as a signature annual charity awards gala honoring those women who have gone above and beyond. All of our workshops, retreats, and meetups are free to qualified applicants and are conducted in comfortable, safe, and peaceful locations across the country.
