We are Women’s Health and are located ad part of the Veteran Hospital in Rhode Island. We are here to support our Women Veterans with wrap around services. Not only, are our woman eligible for many health services within the hospital, but also, we recently started a group to help women navigate life hurdles that accompany them while transitioning back to civilian life. Our goal is to help our Veterans lead productive healthy lives by providing wrap around services, advocacy, referrals, resources, supports, and much more. We understand that our Women were there for us, and we want to be there for our women!
