Keynote Summary:

Wilderness and Wildflowers: Naming the Language of Women Veterans

The military told you how to act. Civilian life still doesn’t quite fit. You know who you are. It’s time you had the space to live it.

There’s no common language for what you carry as a woman veteran, or for the wilderness you’re moving through. This keynote gives you both.

Welcome to the wilderness. Welcome to the garden. This is a conversation built for your whole self. Not a piece of you, not a version of you, but all of you.

Shelly Rood brings data, storytelling, and the Wildflower Personality Assessment for Women Veterans™ into one session built to name what you’ve been living. Your full blend across eight wildflowers shows you how to move through the wilderness: steadying the present, helping the past make sense, and opening what’s possible.

When you know who you are, you love yourself deeper. And when you love yourself deeper, you love each other better.

You’ll find your place in the garden. And meet the women whose patterns have been waiting to find yours.
