To be selected, you have to meet some criteria.

1). You must be receiving VA healthcare in the Reno VA Health area.

2). You must be referred by your provider. Request to be screened for “Challenge America Music Therapy retreat.”

3). It’s four weeks long, Tues/Thurs 1300-1500. You must agree to attend all sessions.

4). Must have a diagnosis of PTSD or MST.

It’s an excellent opportunity for anyone suffering from trauma.
