Farmer Veteran Coalition is happy to announce that we have partnered with Flower Hill Institute and other collaborators to provide nationwide outreach, education, and technical assistance services to historically underserved farmers and ranchers through a cooperative agreement with the USDA Farm Service Agency (FSA).
These services are designed to help raise awareness for FSA relief programs and educate qualified farmers and producers on submission requirements and post-award management for the Emergency Relief Program – Phase 2 (ERP-2) and other FSA programs.
We are reaching out to ask that you share the attached information with your members. This program enables USDA to streamline the application process to reduce the burden on producers, proactively include underserved producers who have been left out of past relief efforts, and encourage participation in existing risk management tools that can help producers handle future extreme weather events.
FVC greatly appreciate you sharing this amongst your members via email, social media, and any other methods that you think will be useful. We have included materials below that contain more information about this program.
Click the button above to download the fact sheet that contains more information on ERP-2. You can also download a programs fact sheet that contains information on the various programs offered by FSA; to download, click here.
