Announced in 2022 – Enbridge was recognized by Catalyst, for our program and initiatives in the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion space. We share our Diversity Dashboard with all employees, and it enables everyone to segment the data by job level, functional area and geography, including trending information on hiring, promotion, and turnover rates. Since launching the dashboard in 2016, we have already exceeded our 2022 goal of 30% women in manager-and-above positions.
