The G.A.P. Project offers statewide financial assistance to veterans who face a financial barrier to employment and/or quality of life.
* Mortgage/Rent
* Cell Phone/Internet
* Utility: Gas/Water/Electric
* Books & Tuition (Not covered by others)
* Transportation: Auto Payment/Insurance/Mechanical Repairs
Beneficiary eligible for financial assistance must meet the following criteria:
* Veterans residing in State of Texas;
* Statement must be veterans name;
* Discharge status other than dishonorable;
* Income: Previous 3 months at or below the 50% AMI for the county the beneficiary lives in.
