Make Sure You Receive Our Emails in 2026

As we prepare for another year of programs, resources, and opportunities for women veterans, we want to be sure you continue receiving our updates without interruption. Important announcements, event details, and member information can sometimes get caught in spam filters, so a quick step on your end can help keep our messages arriving smoothly.

To ensure you don’t miss anything from Women Veterans Alliance, please take a moment to “whitelist” our email address.

What Whitelisting Means
Whitelisting simply means adding our email address to your trusted senders list. This helps prevent our messages from being filtered into spam or junk folders.

Quick Ways to Whitelist

For Most Email Providers

    • Add the following email to Your Contacts: This is the easiest and most effective step. WomenVeteransAlliance@wildapricot.org

    • Mark as Not Spam: If one of our emails lands in spam, open it and choose “Mark as not spam” or “Move to inbox.”

Provider-Specific Instructions

Gmail

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Select See all settings

  3. Open Filters and Blocked Addresses

  4. Click Create a new filter

  5. Enter our email address or domain: WomenVeteransAlliance@wildapricot.org

  1. Select Never send to spam

Outlook (Web or Desktop)

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Select View all Outlook settings

  3. Open Junk email

  4. Add our email address or domain under Safe senders and domains: WomenVeteransAlliance@wildapricot.org

Apple Mail

  • Right-click the email and choose Add to Contacts, or

  • If it went to Junk, mark it as Not Junk
