A research study is underway to examine psychological safety and leadership experiences among Company Grade Officers (CGOs) in the California Army National Guard (CAARNG). The goal is to expand understanding of how leadership influences mental well-being in military contexts and to provide insights that may guide future training and policy improvements.
The study is seeking voluntary participants who are current or former CAARNG officers holding the rank of second lieutenant, first lieutenant, or captain and are at least 21 years old. Participants will be asked to complete a short online survey through SurveyMonkey, which takes approximately 10 to 15 minutes. All responses will remain confidential, and participation is completely voluntary.
Support in sharing this opportunity with eligible individuals is greatly appreciated.
