By signing this agreement, you and I agree to the terms as noted below:

Terms:
- You agree to participate as a speaker/storyteller for one event (Engage, Unconference or Wednesday Webinar).
- You agree the event/webinar will be video recorded by Women Veterans Alliance.
- Women Veterans Alliance agrees to provide the recordings and/or compilations, coordination and production of this event which includes calls, recording, email reminders, etc.

Compensation:
You agree to do the presentation for an honorarium of $250 or 1-year WVA Business Membership ($299 value).


Intellectual Property:
- Women Veterans Alliance (WVA) has the right to reproduce the recording in any format, and to distribute, sell, prepare derivative works, advertise, and publicize the recording without compensation.
- WVA may edit the recording at their discretion.
- WVA shall own the worldwide rights, title, and interest, including copyright in, and to, the guest/speaker’s recording.
- You, as the speaker, also retain the copyright and the right to use your own recording for any purpose.

Marketing Commitment:
- You agree to send 1 email blurb to your email list within 30 days of your scheduled event/webinar.
- You agree to promote on all available social media outlets to your following during the promotion period.
- You are permitted to make a FREE offer during the recording.
- If you are unable to make the above marketing commitments, you agree to contact Melissa at melissa@womenveteransalliance.com to make an alternate arrangement.
