Our Veterans Leadership Development Program is finally here!!!
This is not considered an entry level role as they will post directly into a management position upon completion so senior level leadership is a plus. During this one-year program, candidates will have the opportunity to gain hands-on corporate leadership and management experience while interacting with senior executives and associates at all levels to fast track their career. We only have 4 openings per location so please share and encourage any veterans seeking employment to apply ASAP!
Starting Salary: 65K
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (Any study with no GPA requirement)
- Military leadership experience at the Non-commissioned Officer level, or above, with direct supervision responsibilities from any US Military branch
- Completion of at least 4 years of Active Duty Military Service with an Honorable discharge, Retired, or current Reserve/Guard
- Willingness to relocate upon program completion required
